DAY 1 (12 km – 8 mls) 6 – 7 hrs

We will pick you up from the hotel at 7:00 am and drive for 20 minutes to start hiking. We go straight up to the first pass hiking gently along 2 hours where you can enjoy a beautiful view of cusco city and you will see how vegetation change when you get 4100 m.a.s.l. (13500 ft) Then we continue for 3 more hours along a gentle area with little uphills and downhills all surrounded by typical flora and fauna from the high Andean altitude like straw, cactus, llamas, alpacas, lakes etc, we will make a stop to enjoy our box lunch. One hour later we will get to the highest pass which is at 4350 m.a.s.l. (14300 ft) from where we start the downhill for 2 more hours along a old but beautiful INCA TRAIL to arrive to PUCAMARCA, where we will sleep in tents.

DAY 2 (6 km – 4 mls) 3hrs

You will wake up at 6:30 am to enjoy a beautiful and peaceful early morning in the andes and share a healthy breakfast with the family. This family will invite you to do some daily activities like feeding animals and to walk around the farming fields around the village. After this we will walk down for 45 minutes along a beautiful unknown canyon where you have a gorgeous view of the sacred valley of the inkas, continuing with the inca traill to arrive to HUCHUYQOSQO, a impressive inka site where you will have a exploration. After the this you will go down again for 2 hours to Lamay town at the sacred valley where you will have lunch, then we will take the vehicle for one hour to take you to OLLANTAYTAMBO the place where you will catch the train at 4:30 pm to AGUAS CALIENTES town for 1:45 hrs where you will spend the night in a hotel.

Day 3: MACHUPICCHU
You will leave the hotel early in the morning to catch a bus to go up to MACHUPICCHU for 25 mins and you will start with the tour around the wonderful inca city for a couple of hours and after you have time to explore on your own and see the SUN GATE, the INCA BREACH which are free options or to climb or Waynapicchu mountain and Machupicchu mountain places where you need to book it and pay on advance to get in, (3 months at least) if you want to do this lets us know so we can help you (make sure you take snacks with you)
Your guide will help you with those details to do this tour in the best way.
After all exploration you need to go back down to Aguas Calientes to have lunch and catch the train back to Ollantaytambo and you will be picked up at the train station to go toward CUSCO city for 2 hors aprox,

• Prices include all transfer fees and taxes for online payments with credit or debit cards.
• Once the reservation is accepted, send a copy of the passport or identity document by email.
• Rate children and students request rates.
• National passengers or residents in Peru request discounts at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES

-Train service provided is Expedition, in case clients prefer to take the Vistadome service there an extra charge of $40.00 per person.
-Guide travels back to Cusco by Expedition service in with the entire group.
-Notice that you won’t travel back accompanied and the transfer back from Poroy train station to Cusco is not included.
-The transfer will cost US$ 25.00 per person.
-Minimum 2 people to make a reservation for Inca Trail Service (Check Availability)
-If clients wish to stay an extra night the Hotel will be for clients own. We can help with your hotels reservation and any other service requested.
-Entrance tickets to Machupicchu or Huayna Picchu won’t be included if clients stay an extra night. Request your second entrance fee to your travel agent also bus tickets must be required.
-In case clients stay an extra night by their own, THE COMPANY will provide just train tickets for the next day, transfer and transportation won´t be included. You Can request in case you need it.
